When are you launching? What will it cost? +

Is Goverix an HR system? +
No. Goverix handles paperwork for your whole workforce — including freelancers and partner agencies, which HR systems don’t. It sits alongside your HR tool, not instead of it.
Can freelancers really use it without accounts? +
Yes. Magic links, no passwords, no sign-up friction. They click, see their checklist, sign or upload what they need.
What happens when I update a document? +
You publish a new version with a short change summary. Goverix decides who needs to re-sign, moves them onto the new version, and chases them until done. You approve, we do the work.
Can I export everything for an audit? +
Yes. One-click PDF pack per person or per partner agency, with full signing history. Hand it to your lawyer, client, or procurement team and move on with your day.
Does Goverix help with GDPR, IR35, or ISO 27001? +
Indirectly, yes. Goverix keeps the people-side paperwork that these frameworks care about — employment terms, NDAs, training records, DPAs with suppliers, screening checks — in one place, current, and exportable.
